Over the past two decades, Special Health Resources has grown into a comprehensive healthcare system in Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas, providing affordable care for the whole family. We have clinics in Tyler, Longview, Paris and Texarkana, TX and AR. Additionally, we have our mobile units to serve rural areas. SHR now provides healthcare to families in all 23 Northeast Texas and one Southwest Arkansas counties. SHR is a Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC), offering patients a full-range of services, including both adult and pediatric primary care, adult and pediatric dental care, women’s health services, immunizations and vaccinations, HIV/AIDS screening and treatment, mental health care and substance abuse services.
